1. Agreement

By using soul-touch.net or booking services with Soul Touch Wellness LLC ("Soul Touch Wellness," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

Soul Touch Wellness offers IV infusion services, personalized coaching, HEAL Her 4 Nurses programs, and speaking and workshop services. Our wellness services are not a substitute for care from your primary physician or for emergency care. In an emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

Our services are for adults 18 and older. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Booking, fees and payment

• Appointments are booked online at book.soul-touch.net or by phone.
• A $50 booking fee holds your IV infusion appointment and is applied toward the price of your drip.
• Concierge home visits include a $25 concierge fee, in addition to the price of your drip.
• Prices are listed on our booking site and may change. The price shown when you book applies to that booking.

5. Consultation, intake and suitability

Every IV infusion booking includes access to a free 10-minute consultation with Dr. Esther. You agree to complete our intake form honestly and fully. Our clinical team may decline or change a service if it is not appropriate for you. Some specialty therapies require a consultation before booking.

6. Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel through the links in your confirmation, on our reschedule page or cancel page, or by calling (956) 802-9747. Please give us as much notice as possible.

7. Coaching and programs

Coaching, HEAL Her programs and workshops are educational and supportive. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Program details, schedules and prices are shared at enrollment.

8. No guarantee of results

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

9. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the 5D to REBIRTH™ framework, belongs to Soul Touch Wellness LLC or Dr. Esther Akindayomi Jackson and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soul Touch Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
